  • Trademark infringement;
  • Personal injury.

• GOVERNING REGULATIONS

  These Terms are subject to all applicable laws and regulations in the Operator’s jurisdiction.

• CHOICE OF FORUM AND GOVERNING JURISDICTION

  The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

• ENTIRE AGREEMENT

  These Terms supersede all prior agreements between the User and the Operator.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

By accessing the services provided by the Operator, Users acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
